Calderdale Healthy Holiday Camp

Sanctus Academy A.B.C, based at Sanctus Fitness & Gym in Brighouse, will be providing an array of activities for Calderdale children aged 8-13 that are on benefit related to free school meals.

What is our offer?

​

Children will:

  • Improve fitness and learn how the body uses energy through exercise.

  • Learn the fundamentals of boxing through non-contact training 

  • Have fun through games, competitions and quizzes

  • Learn healthy nutrition

  • Make new friends

  • Participate in team building activities to develop confidence and social skills. 

  • Depending on the weather, some activities will be held outdoors in Wellholme Park
